能夠實現力→電(dian)轉換(huan)的(de)(de)festo傳(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)有多種,常見的(de)(de)有電(dian)阻(zu)應(ying)(ying)(ying)變式(shi)(shi)(shi)、電(dian)磁力式(shi)(shi)(shi)和電(dian)容式(shi)(shi)(shi)等。電(dian)磁力式(shi)(shi)(shi)主要用于(yu)電(dian)子(zi)天平,電(dian)容式(shi)(shi)(shi)用于(yu)部分電(dian)子(zi)吊秤,而絕大多數衡(heng)器(qi)產品所用的(de)(de)還是(shi)電(dian)阻(zu)應(ying)(ying)(ying)變式(shi)(shi)(shi)稱(cheng)重傳(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)。電(dian)阻(zu)應(ying)(ying)(ying)變式(shi)(shi)(shi)稱(cheng)重傳(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)結構較簡單,準(zhun)確度高,適用面廣(guang),且能夠在相對比(bi)較差的(de)(de)環境下(xia)使用。因(yin)此電(dian)阻(zu)應(ying)(ying)(ying)變式(shi)(shi)(shi)稱(cheng)重傳(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)在衡(heng)器(qi)中得到(dao)了廣(guang)泛地運用。
FESTO傳感(gan)器中(zhong)主要使(shi)用(yong)的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)材料包括(kuo)有石英、酒石酸(suan)鉀鈉和(he)磷(lin)酸(suan)二(er)氫胺。其中(zhong)石英(二(er)氧化硅)是(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)種天然晶體(ti),壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)效(xiao)應就是(shi)(shi)在這種晶體(ti)中(zhong)發現的(de)(de),在一(yi)(yi)定的(de)(de)溫度(du)范圍(wei)之(zhi)內,壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)質(zhi)一(yi)(yi)直(zhi)存在,但(dan)溫度(du)超過這個范圍(wei)之(zhi)后(hou),壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)質(zhi)*消失(這個高(gao)(gao)溫就是(shi)(shi)所(suo)謂(wei)的(de)(de)“居里點(dian)”)。由于(yu)隨著(zhu)應力(li)的(de)(de)變(bian)化電(dian)(dian)(dian)場變(bian)化微小(也就說壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)系數比較(jiao)低),所(suo)以(yi)石英逐漸被其他的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)晶體(ti)所(suo)替代。而酒石酸(suan)鉀鈉具(ju)有很大的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)靈敏(min)度(du)和(he)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)系數,但(dan)是(shi)(shi)它只能(neng)在室溫和(he)濕度(du)比較(jiao)低的(de)(de)環(huan)境下(xia)才(cai)能(neng)夠應用(yong)。磷(lin)酸(suan)二(er)氫胺屬(shu)于(yu)人(ren)造(zao)晶體(ti),能(neng)夠承受高(gao)(gao)溫和(he)相當高(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)濕度(du),所(suo)以(yi)已經得到了廣泛的(de)(de)應用(yong)。
