   (1)以明桿BURKERT電磁閥為例,當閥桿與閥芯連接失效時,手輪仍然可以轉動,可通過手輪將閥芯頂回閥座使其確保閥芯與閥座兩密封面間的密封,這是應用這種修復方法的前提條件。
    先擰下閥門盤根壓蓋螺帽,把盤根松下來,然后依次將閥蓋上的所有螺栓上的螺母擰松幾扣,但暫不*擰下。
   (2)按關閉的方向繼續轉動手輪,這時閥桿不會再發生移動,而是閥蓋以上部分整體相對閥體分離,此環節操作是觀察閥芯與閥座兩密封面間的密封是否封住,如果封閉不嚴密,有介質外漏,只要量不大,在較短時間不會影響現場施工處理,就可將所有螺栓上的螺母*擰下,取下閥蓋以上部分及閥桿,將閥座中的閥芯頂端暴露出來,查看閥桿與閥芯原先的連接方式,以及失效原因,制定解決措施。
   (3)將閥蓋以上部分中的閥桿輕輕旋轉,從閥桿螺母和填料函中退出,同時還要將閥桿螺母的鎖緊螺母旋下來,取下手輪和閥桿螺母。不限位可自由旋動。
   (4)將取出的閥桿單獨與閥芯重新進行連接,一般閥桿與閥芯恢復連接都采用焊接方法,這種方法很好地應用在閥門閥芯容易脫落的水線、風線及蒸汽線上,即使閥芯閥座密封不嚴密,有介質外漏,只要不影響施工,都可采用。
