寶德壓力變送器操(cao)作注意事(shi)項(xiang):
1、設備現場(chang)的環境較為惡劣,強電信(xin)號(hao)會(hui)產生各(ge)種電磁(ci)干擾,雷電感應會(hui)產生強浪涌脈沖,在(zai)這種情(qing)況下,單片機應用系(xi)統中遇到的一個棘手問題(ti)就是如(ru)何在(zai)惡劣環境下遠距(ju)離可靠(kao)地傳送(song)微小信(xin)號(hao)。考(kao)慮(lv)到變(bian)送(song)器(qi)高(gao)頻噪聲通過變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)主要不是靠(kao)初、次(ci)級線圈(quan)的互感耦合,而是靠(kao)初、次(ci)級寄生電容耦合的,因此隔(ge)離變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的初、次(ci)級之間均用屏(ping)蔽層隔(ge)離,減(jian)少其(qi)分布電容,以提高(gao)抵抗共模(mo)干擾能力。
2、但(dan)差壓變(bian)送器(qi)價格(ge)在信號(hao)需要遠距離傳輸或使(shi)(shi)用環境中電(dian)網(wang)干擾(rao)較(jiao)(jiao)大(da)的(de)場合,電(dian)壓輸出型傳感器(qi)的(de)使(shi)(shi)用受到(dao)了(le)極大(da)限制,暴(bao)露了(le)抗(kang)干擾(rao)能力較(jiao)(jiao)差,線(xian)(xian)路損耗(hao)破壞了(le)精度等等等缺點,而兩線(xian)(xian)制電(dian)流輸出型變(bian)送器(qi)以其具有(you)*的(de)抗(kang)干擾(rao)能力得到(dao)了(le)廣泛應用。
3、酸(suan)(suan)堿溶(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)(ye)的濃度(du)(du)與(yu)其電(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)率的大(da)小(xiao)(xiao)成比例。因(yin)而,只要測出溶(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)(ye)電(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)率的大(da)小(xiao)(xiao)變可得知酸(suan)(suan)堿濃度(du)(du)的高低。當被(bei)測溶(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)(ye)流(liu)入電(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)池時,如果忽略電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)極(ji)化和分布電(dian)(dian)(dian)容,則可以等效為一個純電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻。在有恒(heng)壓交變電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)流(liu)過時,其輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)與(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)率成線性關(guan)系(xi),而電(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)率又與(yu)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)(ye)中(zhong)酸(suan)(suan)、堿濃度(du)(du)成比例關(guan)系(xi)。因(yin)此只要測出溶(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)(ye)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),便可算(suan)出酸(suan)(suan)、堿、鹽的濃度(du)(du)。
4、此類故障(zhang)(zhang)需要更換(huan)放(fang)大器(qi)(qi)板。變送器(qi)(qi)在線路(lu)(lu)設計和工(gong)藝裝配質量上要求都十分嚴格,在實際使(shi)用中對出現的(de)(de)線路(lu)(lu)故障(zhang)(zhang),經檢查確(que)認后與生(sheng)產廠家(jia)聯系更換(huan)其故障(zhang)(zhang)線路(lu)(lu)板,以(yi)確(que)保儀表長(chang)期工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)穩定(ding)性和可靠的(de)(de)差壓變送器(qi)(qi)價(jia)格。
5、微差(cha)(cha)壓(ya)(ya)變(bian)(bian)(bian)送(song)器(qi)安(an)裝(zhuang)位(wei)置對零(ling)位(wei)輸出的(de)(de)(de)影響微差(cha)(cha)壓(ya)(ya)變(bian)(bian)(bian)送(song)器(qi)由于其測(ce)量(liang)范圍(wei)很小(xiao),變(bian)(bian)(bian)送(song)器(qi)中傳感元(yuan)件的(de)(de)(de)自重(zhong)即(ji)會影響到微差(cha)(cha)壓(ya)(ya)變(bian)(bian)(bian)送(song)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)輸出,因(yin)此在安(an)裝(zhuang)微差(cha)(cha)壓(ya)(ya)變(bian)(bian)(bian)送(song)器(qi)出現的(de)(de)(de)零(ling)位(wei)變(bian)(bian)(bian)化情(qing)況(kuang)屬正常(chang)情(qing)況(kuang)。安(an)裝(zhuang)時應使變(bian)(bian)(bian)送(song)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)力敏感件軸向垂(chui)直(zhi)于重(zhong)力方向,如果安(an)裝(zhuang)條件限制,則應安(an)裝(zhuang)固定后調整變(bian)(bian)(bian)送(song)器(qi)零(ling)位(wei)到標(biao)準值(zhi)。
