日本SMC儲氣罐的使用方法:
1) 氣(qi)源(yuan)體(ti)系中儲氣(qi)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)通常都(dou)應(ying)(ying)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置在(zai)(zai)后(hou)部冷卻器之(zhi)后(hou),這(zhe)(zhe)樣可防止油蒸汽和液態水(shui)在(zai)(zai)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內的(de)(de)集合(he),盡(jin)可能(neng)(neng)下降安全(quan)隱(yin)患(huan);別的(de)(de)儲存在(zai)(zai)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內的(de)(de)空(kong)氣(qi)溫(wen)度較低也能(neng)(neng)夠減小本體(ti)容(rong)(rong)積。在(zai)(zai)大多數場合(he),儲氣(qi)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)都(dou)在(zai)(zai)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置在(zai)(zai)干燥(zao)機(ji)的(de)(de)前面(mian),以便(bian)運用(yong)(yong)儲氣(qi)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)具有(you)(you)(you)的(de)(de)降溫(wen)除水(shui)和穩壓(ya)效果(guo),使(shi)干燥(zao)機(ji)負荷得以下降,而且使(shi)進(jin)入(ru)(ru)干燥(zao)機(ji)的(de)(de)空(kong)氣(qi)壓(ya)力比較穩定,這(zhe)(zhe)對干燥(zao)機(ji)運轉很有(you)(you)(you)利。2) 在(zai)(zai)與螺桿(gan)壓(ya)縮機(ji)等接連供氣(qi)設(she)備聯用(yong)(yong)時(shi),儲氣(qi)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)可裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置在(zai)(zai)干燥(zao)機(ji)后(hou)邊(bian),此刻進(jin)入(ru)(ru)儲氣(qi)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)空(kong)氣(qi)時(shi)干燥(zao)的(de)(de),罐(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內無(wu)凝結(jie)水(shui)發生。多個用(yong)(yong)氣(qi)設(she)備的(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)氣(qi)峰值不(bu)一起(qi)出現(xian)時(shi),管網自(zi)身就自(zi)然成了(le)每臺(tai)用(yong)(yong)氣(qi)設(she)備的(de)(de)公用(yong)(yong)儲氣(qi)容(rong)(rong)器,此刻至少(shao)能(neng)(neng)夠將管道容(rong)(rong)量從儲氣(qi)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)容(rong)(rong)量中減去。3) 儲氣(qi)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)屬受壓(ya)容(rong)(rong)器,每臺(tai)氣(qi)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)上應(ying)(ying)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)設(she)安全(quan)閥(fa)、壓(ya)力表等必要的(de)(de)安全(quan)督查設(she)備;運用(yong)(yong)、養(yang)護時(shi)應(ying)(ying)嚴(yan)格遵(zun)守壓(ya)力容(rong)(rong)器的(de)(de)有(you)(you)(you)關(guan)規(gui)定;儲氣(qi)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)上應(ying)(ying)有(you)(you)(you)維(wei)修用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)人孔(kong)或手孔(kong),罐(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)體(ti)低處應(ying)(ying)有(you)(you)(you)排污閥(fa),并定時(shi)排污;儲氣(qi)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)通常都(dou)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置在(zai)(zai)室(shi)外,應(ying)(ying)防止太陽直曬且鄰近不(bu)該有(you)(you)(you)高溫(wen)熱源(yuan)。
日本SMC儲氣罐工作原理:
日本SMC儲氣罐是指專門用來儲存氣體的設備,同時起穩定系統壓力的作用,根據儲氣罐的承受壓力不同可以分為高壓儲氣罐,低壓儲氣罐,常壓儲氣罐。儲氣罐不同分:碳素鋼儲氣罐、低合金鋼儲氣罐、不銹鋼儲氣罐。儲氣罐(壓力容器)一般由筒體、封頭、法蘭、接管、密封元件和支座等零件和部件組成。此外,還配有安全裝置、表計及完成不同生產工藝作用的內件。
日本SMC儲氣罐安裝空壓機之后,不僅能儲存壓縮空氣,減少由于壓縮機排氣不連續產生的壓力脈動,實現供氣和用氣的平衡,而且能降低壓縮空氣的溫度,減少過慮器和干燥劑的負荷。儲氣罐的選擇要注意如下問題:
1、殼體材料:儲氣罐屬于壓力容器,殼體常用的材料有Q235-B、16MnR、16MnDR三種。
2、儲氣(qi)(qi)罐總(zong)高(gao)(gao):氣(qi)(qi)源(yuan)房(fang)房(fang)體的高(gao)(gao)度(du)(du)在(zai)2.9米左(zuo)右,考慮(lv)到(dao)氣(qi)(qi)源(yuan)經常(chang)移動運輸,需要保持足夠的剛度(du)(du)和強度(du)(du),底座高(gao)(gao)度(du)(du)一般在(zai)300mm,屋(wu)頂(ding)部做成(cheng)斜坡,造成(cheng)氣(qi)(qi)源(yuan)房(fang)內的凈高(gao)(gao)為(wei)2米,所有(you)設備不能超過2米,否則無法安裝。以2.5m?儲氣(qi)(qi)罐為(wei)例。
