派克電(dian)磁(ci)(ci)閥(fa)(fa)是由(you)電(dian)磁(ci)(ci)線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)和磁(ci)(ci)芯(xin)組(zu)成,是一(yi)個(ge)含有(you)一(yi)個(ge)或(huo)幾(ji)個(ge)孔(kong)的(de)(de)閥(fa)(fa)門。當線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)通電(dian)或(huo)斷(duan)開時,磁(ci)(ci)芯(xin)的(de)(de)操作(zuo)將(jiang)導致流(liu)體通過(guo)閥(fa)(fa)體或(huo)被切斷(duan),以便改(gai)變(bian)流(liu)體的(de)(de)方向(xiang)。電(dian)磁(ci)(ci)閥(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)電(dian)磁(ci)(ci)部件由(you)固定鐵芯(xin)、移動鐵芯(xin)、線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)等組(zu)成。閥(fa)(fa)體由(you)滑動閥(fa)(fa)芯(xin)、滑動閥(fa)(fa)套、彈(dan)簧座等組(zu)成。電(dian)磁(ci)(ci)線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)直接安裝(zhuang)在閥(fa)(fa)體上,閥(fa)(fa)體密封(feng)在密封(feng)管中(zhong)。形成一(yi)個(ge)簡單而緊湊(cou)的(de)(de)組(zu)合。我們生產中(zhong)常用的(de)(de)電(dian)磁(ci)(ci)閥(fa)(fa)有(you)二位(wei)三環(huan)、二位(wei)四環(huan)、二位(wei)五環(huan)等。
派克電磁閥型式
1、直(zhi)動式電(dian)磁閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa):原理:通(tong)電(dian)時(shi)(shi),電(dian)磁線圈產生電(dian)磁力把關(guan)(guan)閉件(jian)從閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)座(zuo)上(shang)提起(qi),閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)門(men)打開;斷電(dian)時(shi)(shi),電(dian)磁力消失,彈簧把關(guan)(guan)閉件(jian)壓(ya)(ya)在(zai)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)座(zuo)上(shang),閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)門(men)關(guan)(guan)閉。特點(dian):在(zai)真空、負壓(ya)(ya)、零壓(ya)(ya)時(shi)(shi)能正常工作,但通(tong)徑(jing)一般不超過25mm。
2、分布(bu)直動(dong)式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁閥(fa)(fa):原理:它是一種直動(dong)和先導(dao)(dao)(dao)式(shi)相結合的(de)原理,當(dang)入口(kou)與(yu)出口(kou)沒有壓差時(shi),通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)后,電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁力直接把(ba)先導(dao)(dao)(dao)小(xiao)閥(fa)(fa)和主閥(fa)(fa)關閉件(jian)依次(ci)向(xiang)上提起,閥(fa)(fa)門打開(kai)。當(dang)入口(kou)與(yu)出口(kou)達到啟動(dong)壓差時(shi),通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)后,電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁力先導(dao)(dao)(dao)小(xiao)閥(fa)(fa),主閥(fa)(fa)下(xia)腔(qiang)壓力上升,上腔(qiang)壓力下(xia)降,從而(er)利(li)用(yong)(yong)壓差把(ba)主閥(fa)(fa)向(xiang)上推開(kai);斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi),先導(dao)(dao)(dao)閥(fa)(fa)利(li)用(yong)(yong)彈簧力或(huo)介質壓力推動(dong)關閉件(jian),向(xiang)下(xia)移動(dong),使閥(fa)(fa)門關閉。特點:在零壓差或(huo)真空、高(gao)壓時(shi)亦能可*動(dong)作,但功率(lv)較大,要求必(bi)須水(shui)平(ping)安裝。
3、先導式電(dian)(dian)磁閥:原(yuan)理:通電(dian)(dian)時,電(dian)(dian)磁力把(ba)先導孔打開(kai)(kai),上腔室壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力迅(xun)(xun)速下降(jiang),在關(guan)(guan)閉(bi)件(jian)周圍形成上低(di)下高的(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)差(cha),流體(ti)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力推動(dong)關(guan)(guan)閉(bi)件(jian)向上移動(dong),閥門打開(kai)(kai);斷電(dian)(dian)時,彈簧(huang)力把(ba)先導孔關(guan)(guan)閉(bi),入口壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力通過(guo)旁通孔迅(xun)(xun)速腔室在關(guan)(guan)閥件(jian)周圍形成下低(di)上高的(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)差(cha),流體(ti)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力推動(dong)關(guan)(guan)閉(bi)件(jian)向下移動(dong),關(guan)(guan)閉(bi)閥門。特點:流體(ti)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力范圍上限(xian)較(jiao)高,可(ke)任意安裝(需定(ding)制)但必須滿(man)足流體(ti)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)差(cha)條件(jian)。電(dian)(dian)磁閥從閥結構和材料上的(de)不同與原(yuan)理上的(de)區別(bie)
