1、直動式電(dian)磁閥(fa):原理:通電(dian)時(shi),電(dian)磁線圈(quan)產生(sheng)電(dian)磁力(li)把(ba)關閉(bi)(bi)件(jian)從閥(fa)座上(shang)提起,閥(fa)門打(da)開;斷(duan)電(dian)時(shi),電(dian)磁力(li)消失(shi),彈簧把(ba)關閉(bi)(bi)件(jian)壓(ya)(ya)在閥(fa)座上(shang),閥(fa)門關閉(bi)(bi)。特點:在真空、負壓(ya)(ya)、零(ling)壓(ya)(ya)時(shi)能(neng)正常(chang)工(gong)作,但通徑一般(ban)不(bu)超過25mm。
2、分布直動(dong)式電(dian)(dian)磁閥(fa):原理:它是一種直動(dong)和先導式相結合的原理,當(dang)入口(kou)(kou)與(yu)出口(kou)(kou)沒有(you)壓(ya)(ya)差(cha)時(shi),通電(dian)(dian)后,電(dian)(dian)磁力直接把先導小(xiao)閥(fa)和主(zhu)閥(fa)關(guan)閉(bi)件(jian)依次向上提起(qi),閥(fa)門打開。當(dang)入口(kou)(kou)與(yu)出口(kou)(kou)達(da)到啟動(dong)壓(ya)(ya)差(cha)時(shi),通電(dian)(dian)后,電(dian)(dian)磁力先導小(xiao)閥(fa),主(zhu)閥(fa)下腔壓(ya)(ya)力上升,上腔壓(ya)(ya)力下降,從而利(li)用壓(ya)(ya)差(cha)把主(zhu)閥(fa)向上推開;斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)時(shi),先導閥(fa)利(li)用彈簧(huang)力或(huo)介(jie)質壓(ya)(ya)力推動(dong)關(guan)閉(bi)件(jian),向下移動(dong),使(shi)閥(fa)門關(guan)閉(bi)。特點:在零壓(ya)(ya)差(cha)或(huo)真空、高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)時(shi)亦能可*動(dong)作,但功率較(jiao)大(da),要求必(bi)須水平(ping)安(an)裝(zhuang)。
