ATOS電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)作快遞,功(gong)率(lv)微小,外(wai)形輕巧。電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)響應時間(jian)(jian)可以短(duan)至幾(ji)個毫(hao)秒(miao),即使是(shi)先導式(shi)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)也可以控制(zhi)在(zai)(zai)幾(ji)十毫(hao)秒(miao)內。由于自(zi)成回路,比之其它自(zi)控閥(fa)反應更靈敏(min)。設計得當的(de)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)線圈功(gong)率(lv)消(xiao)耗(hao)(hao)很(hen)低,屬節能產品(pin);還(huan)可做到(dao)只需觸發動(dong)(dong)(dong)作,自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)保持閥(fa)位(wei),平(ping)時一點也不(bu)(bu)耗(hao)(hao)電(dian)(dian)。電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)外(wai)形尺寸小,既(ji)節省空間(jian)(jian),又輕巧美觀。電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)調(diao)(diao)節精(jing)度受(shou)(shou)限(xian),適用介質受(shou)(shou)限(xian)。電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)通(tong)常只有(you)開(kai)關兩(liang)種狀態,閥(fa)芯只能處于兩(liang)個極(ji)限(xian)位(wei)置,不(bu)(bu)能連續調(diao)(diao)節,(力圖突(tu)破的(de)新(xin)構思不(bu)(bu)少(shao),但還(huan)都處于試(shi)(shi)驗試(shi)(shi)用階段)所以調(diao)(diao)節精(jing)度還(huan)受(shou)(shou)到(dao)一定(ding)限(xian)制(zhi)。 電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)里(li)有(you)密閉(bi)的(de)腔(qiang)(qiang),在(zai)(zai)不(bu)(bu)同位(wei)置開(kai)有(you)通(tong)孔(kong)(kong),每個孔(kong)(kong)連接不(bu)(bu)同的(de)油(you)管,腔(qiang)(qiang)中間(jian)(jian)是(shi)活(huo)塞(sai),兩(liang)面是(shi)兩(liang)塊電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)鐵,哪(na)面的(de)磁(ci)鐵線圈通(tong)電(dian)(dian)閥(fa)體就(jiu)會(hui)被吸引到(dao)哪(na)邊,通(tong)過控制(zhi)閥(fa)體的(de)移(yi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)來開(kai)啟或關閉(bi)不(bu)(bu)同的(de)排油(you)孔(kong)(kong),而進(jin)油(you)孔(kong)(kong)是(shi)常開(kai)的(de),液壓油(you)就(jiu)會(hui)進(jin)入不(bu)(bu)同的(de)排油(you)管,然后(hou)通(tong)過油(you)的(de)壓力來推動(dong)(dong)(dong)油(you)缸的(de)活(huo)塞(sai),活(huo)塞(sai)又帶(dai)(dai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)活(huo)塞(sai)桿(gan),活(huo)塞(sai)桿(gan)帶(dai)(dai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機械(xie)裝(zhuang)置。這樣通(tong)過控制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)鐵的(de)電(dian)(dian)流通(tong)斷就(jiu)控制(zhi)了機械(xie)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)。
主要分類
1、電磁閥從原理上(shang)分(fen)為三大類(lei):
直動式電磁閥
原理:通電(dian)時,電(dian)磁線圈產生電(dian)磁力把(ba)關閉(bi)件(jian)從(cong)閥(fa)座上提起(qi),閥(fa)門打開(kai);斷電(dian)時,電(dian)磁力消失,彈簧把(ba)關閉(bi)件(jian)壓在閥(fa)座上,閥(fa)門關閉(bi)。
特點(dian):在(zai)真空、負壓(ya)、零壓(ya)時能正常工作,但通(tong)徑一般不(bu)超過(guo)25mm。
分步直動式電磁閥
原理(li):它(ta)是(shi)一種直(zhi)動(dong)和先(xian)(xian)導(dao)式相結合的原理(li),當入口與(yu)出(chu)口沒有壓差時,通(tong)電后,電磁力(li)直(zhi)接把先(xian)(xian)導(dao)小閥(fa)(fa)(fa)和主閥(fa)(fa)(fa)關(guan)閉件(jian)依次(ci)向(xiang)上(shang)提起,閥(fa)(fa)(fa)門打開。當入口與(yu)出(chu)口達到啟動(dong)壓差時,通(tong)電后,電磁力(li)先(xian)(xian)導(dao)小閥(fa)(fa)(fa),主閥(fa)(fa)(fa)下(xia)(xia)腔壓力(li)上(shang)升(sheng),上(shang)腔壓力(li)下(xia)(xia)降,從(cong)而(er)利(li)用(yong)壓差把主閥(fa)(fa)(fa)向(xiang)上(shang)推開;斷電時,先(xian)(xian)導(dao)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)利(li)用(yong)彈(dan)簧力(li)或(huo)介質壓力(li)推動(dong)關(guan)閉件(jian),向(xiang)下(xia)(xia)移動(dong),使(shi)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)門關(guan)閉。
特點:在零壓(ya)差或真空、高壓(ya)時亦能(neng)可(ke)*動作,但功率較大,要(yao)求必須(xu)水平(ping)安(an)裝。
先導式電磁閥
原理:通(tong)電(dian)(dian)時,電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)力(li)(li)把(ba)先導(dao)孔(kong)打開,上(shang)腔室(shi)壓(ya)力(li)(li)迅速(su)(su)下(xia)降,在關(guan)(guan) 閉(bi)件(jian)周圍(wei)(wei)形(xing)成上(shang)低下(xia)高的壓(ya)差,流(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)壓(ya)力(li)(li)推動關(guan)(guan)閉(bi)件(jian)向上(shang)移動,閥門打開;斷電(dian)(dian)時,彈(dan)簧力(li)(li)把(ba)先導(dao)孔(kong)關(guan)(guan)閉(bi),入(ru)口壓(ya)力(li)(li)通(tong)過旁(pang)通(tong)孔(kong)迅速(su)(su)腔室(shi)在關(guan)(guan)閥件(jian)周圍(wei)(wei)形(xing)成下(xia)低上(shang)高的壓(ya)差,流(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)壓(ya)力(li)(li)推動關(guan)(guan)閉(bi)件(jian)向下(xia)移動,關(guan)(guan)閉(bi)閥門。
特點:流體壓力范圍上限較(jiao)高,可任(ren)意安裝(需定制(zhi))但(dan)必(bi)須滿(man)足流體壓差條(tiao)件。
2、電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)從閥(fa)結(jie)(jie)構(gou)和材料上(shang)(shang)的(de)不同與原理(li)上(shang)(shang)的(de)區別,分(fen)為六個分(fen)支小類:直(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)膜(mo)片結(jie)(jie)構(gou)、分(fen)步直(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)膜(mo)片結(jie)(jie)構(gou)、先(xian)導膜(mo)片結(jie)(jie)構(gou)、直(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)活塞結(jie)(jie)構(gou)、分(fen)步直(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)活塞結(jie)(jie)構(gou)、先(xian)導活塞結(jie)(jie)構(gou)。
