ATOS溢(yi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)閥(fa)(fa)是(shi)一(yi)種液壓(ya)(ya)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)控制閥(fa)(fa)。在液壓(ya)(ya)設備中(zhong)主要起定(ding)(ding)(ding)壓(ya)(ya)溢(yi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)作(zuo)用(yong)和(he)安全保(bao)護作(zuo)用(yong)。定(ding)(ding)(ding)壓(ya)(ya)溢(yi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)作(zuo)用(yong):在定(ding)(ding)(ding)量(liang)泵節流(liu)(liu)(liu)調節系統(tong)中(zhong),定(ding)(ding)(ding)量(liang)泵提供的是(shi)恒(heng)定(ding)(ding)(ding)流(liu)(liu)(liu)量(liang)。當系統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)增大時(shi)(shi),會使流(liu)(liu)(liu)量(liang)需求(qiu)減(jian)小。此時(shi)(shi)溢(yi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)閥(fa)(fa)開啟,使多余流(liu)(liu)(liu)量(liang)溢(yi)回(hui)油(you)箱,保(bao)證溢(yi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)閥(fa)(fa)進口壓(ya)(ya)力(li),即泵出口壓(ya)(ya)力(li)恒(heng)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(閥(fa)(fa)口常隨(sui)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)波動開啟)。液壓(ya)(ya)裝置中(zhong)容(rong)易產生(sheng)(sheng)噪(zao)聲(sheng)(sheng)的元(yuan)件(jian)一(yi)般認為是(shi)泵和(he)閥(fa)(fa),閥(fa)(fa)中(zhong)又以(yi)溢(yi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)閥(fa)(fa)電磁換向閥(fa)(fa)等(deng)為主。產生(sheng)(sheng)噪(zao)聲(sheng)(sheng)的因素很(hen)多。溢(yi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)閥(fa)(fa)的噪(zao)聲(sheng)(sheng)有(you)流(liu)(liu)(liu)速聲(sheng)(sheng)和(he)機(ji)械聲(sheng)(sheng)二種。流(liu)(liu)(liu)速聲(sheng)(sheng)中(zhong)主要由油(you)液振動、空穴以(yi)及液壓(ya)(ya)沖擊等(deng)原因產生(sheng)(sheng)的噪(zao)聲(sheng)(sheng)。機(ji)械聲(sheng)(sheng)中(zhong)主要由閥(fa)(fa)中(zhong)零(ling)件(jian)的撞擊和(he)磨擦等(deng)原因產生(sheng)(sheng)的噪(zao)聲(sheng)(sheng)。
溢(yi)流(liu)閥(fa)(fa)內(nei)部(bu)通過閥(fa)(fa)芯(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)平衡(heng)和運動(dong)(dong)構成棲(qi)這種負反(fan)饋作(zuo)(zuo)川(chuan)是(shi)其定壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)基本原理。在(zai)(zai)常位(wei)狀態下.溢(yi)流(liu)閥(fa)(fa)進(jin)(jin)(jin)、出油(you)(you)口(kou)之問(wen)是(shi)不(bu)相通的(de)(de)(de)(de),而且(qie)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)在(zai)(zai)閥(fa)(fa)芯(xin)(xin)上的(de)(de)(de)(de)液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力是(shi)山(shan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)口(kou)油(you)(you)液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力產生的(de)(de)(de)(de),經(jing)(jing)溢(yi)流(liu)閥(fa)(fa)芯(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)泄漏油(you)(you)液(ye)經(jing)(jing)內(nei)泄漏通道進(jin)(jin)(jin)人回油(you)(you)口(kou)了T。直動(dong)(dong)式溢(yi)流(liu)閥(fa)(fa)依靠系統中的(de)(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力油(you)(you)直接作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)在(zai)(zai)閥(fa)(fa)芯(xin)(xin)上與彈(dan)簧(huang)(huang)力等相平衡(heng),以(yi)控制(zhi)閥(fa)(fa)芯(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)啟(qi)閉動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(zuo).圖5-12(a)所(suo)(suo)示是(shi)一種低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)一紅(hong)動(dong)(dong)式溢(yi)流(liu)閥(fa)(fa),P是(shi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)油(you)(you)日。T是(shi)回油(you)(you)口(kou).進(jin)(jin)(jin)口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力油(you)(you)經(jing)(jing)閥(fa)(fa)芯(xin)(xin)4中間的(de)(de)(de)(de)阻(zu)(zu)尼(ni)孔作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)在(zai)(zai)閥(fa)(fa)芯(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)底部(bu)端(duan)而上,當進(jin)(jin)(jin)油(you)(you)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力較(jiao)小時(shi),閥(fa)(fa)芯(xin)(xin)在(zai)(zai)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)彈(dan)簧(huang)(huang)2的(de)(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)下處于下端(duan)位(wei)置(zhi),將(jiang)P和T兩油(you)(you)口(kou)隔開。當油(you)(you)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力升(sheng)(sheng)高,在(zai)(zai)閥(fa)(fa)芯(xin)(xin)下端(duan)所(suo)(suo)產生的(de)(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)力超過彈(dan)簧(huang)(huang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)緊力.此時(shi),閥(fa)(fa)芯(xin)(xin)上升(sheng)(sheng),閥(fa)(fa)口(kou)被打開。將(jiang)多(duo)余的(de)(de)(de)(de)油(you)(you)液(ye)排(pai)回油(you)(you)箱,閥(fa)(fa)芯(xin)(xin)上的(de)(de)(de)(de)阻(zu)(zu)尼(ni)孔用(yong)來(lai)對閥(fa)(fa)芯(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)產生阻(zu)(zu)尼(ni)。以(yi)提高閥(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)平衡(heng)性(xing),調整(zheng)螺帽1可以(yi)改(gai)變彈(dan)簧(huang)(huang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)緊力.這樣也就調整(zheng)了溢(yi)流(liu)閥(fa)(fa)進(jin)(jin)(jin)口(kou)處的(de)(de)(de)(de)油(you)(you)液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力
