壓(ya)(ya)力(li)繼(ji)電器是液壓(ya)(ya)系統中當流體壓(ya)(ya)力(li)達到預定值時,使(shi)電接(jie)點動作(zuo)的元件(jian)。壓(ya)(ya)力(li)繼(ji)電器也(ye)可定義為將壓(ya)(ya)力(li)轉換成電信號的液壓(ya)(ya)元器件(jian),客戶根據自身的壓(ya)(ya)力(li)設計需要,通過調(diao)節壓(ya)(ya)力(li)繼(ji)電器,實現(xian)在(zai)某一設定的壓(ya)(ya)力(li)時,輸出一個(ge)電信號的功能(neng)。
壓(ya)力繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)是利用(yong)(yong)液體的壓(ya)力來啟閉電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣觸點的液壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣轉換(huan)元(yuan)(yuan)件。當系(xi)統壓(ya)力達到壓(ya)力繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)的調(diao)定值時,發出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)信號,使電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣元(yuan)(yuan)件(如電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)鐵(tie)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)、時間(jian)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)離合器(qi)等(deng))動作(zuo),使油(you)路卸(xie)壓(ya)、換(huan)向,執行元(yuan)(yuan)件實現順序動作(zuo),或關(guan)閉電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動機(ji)使系(xi)統停止工(gong)作(zuo),起安全(quan)保護作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)等(deng)。

壓力繼電(dian)器的(de)主要性能有(you)以(yi)下幾(ji)個方面。
(1)調壓范圍
壓(ya)(ya)力繼(ji)電器能(neng)夠發(fa)出電信號(hao)的(de)低工(gong)作(zuo)壓(ya)(ya)力和(he)最高(gao)工(gong)作(zuo)壓(ya)(ya)力的(de)范(fan)(fan)圍(wei)稱為調壓(ya)(ya)范(fan)(fan)圍(wei)。
(2)靈敏(min)度與通斷調節(jie)區間
系(xi)統壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)升(sheng)高到壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)的調定值(zhi)(zhi)時(shi),壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)動(dong)(dong)作接通(tong)電(dian)(dian)信(xin)號(hao)的壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)稱為(wei)開啟壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li);系(xi)統壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)降低,壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)復位切斷電(dian)(dian)信(xin)號(hao)的壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)稱為(wei)閉合(he)壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)。開啟壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)與閉合(he)壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)的差值(zhi)(zhi)稱為(wei)壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)的靈(ling)敏度。差值(zhi)(zhi)小則(ze)靈(ling)敏度高。為(wei)避免(mian)系(xi)統壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)波動(dong)(dong)時(shi)壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)時(shi)通(tong)時(shi)斷,要(yao)求(qiu)開啟壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)與閉合(he)壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)有(you)一定的差值(zhi)(zhi),此差值(zhi)(zhi)若可調,則(ze)稱為(wei)通(tong)斷調節(jie)區間。
(3)升壓或降壓動作時間
壓(ya)(ya)力繼電器入口側壓(ya)(ya)力由卸荷壓(ya)(ya)力升(sheng)至調定壓(ya)(ya)力時(shi),微動開(kai)關觸(chu)點接(jie)通發(fa)出電信號的(de)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)稱(cheng)為(wei)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)動作時(shi)間(jian)(jian),反之,壓(ya)(ya)力下降,觸(chu)點斷開(kai)發(fa)出斷電信號的(de)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)稱(cheng)為(wei)降壓(ya)(ya)動作時(shi)間(jian)(jian)。
