海(hai)德(de)(de)漢(han)編(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)產生電(dian)信號(hao)(hao)后(hou)由數(shu)(shu)(shu)控制(zhi)置CNC、可(ke)編(bian)(bian)(bian)程(cheng)邏輯控制(zhi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)PLC、控制(zhi)系統等來。這(zhe)些傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)主要(yao)(yao)應用(yong)在下列方面:機床、材料(liao)加工、電(dian)動(dong)(dong)機反饋系統以(yi)及測(ce)量和控制(zhi)設(she)備。在ELTRA德(de)(de)國(guo)heidenhain海(hai)德(de)(de)漢(han)編(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)角位移的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)采用(yong)了光(guang)電(dian)掃(sao)描(miao)原(yuan)理。讀數(shu)(shu)(shu)系統是(shi)(shi)基于徑向(xiang)分度(du)盤的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan),該分度(du)由交替的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)透(tou)光(guang)窗(chuang)口和不透(tou)光(guang)窗(chuang)口構成的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。此系統全部用(yong)個紅外光(guang)源垂直(zhi)照射,這(zhe)樣光(guang)就(jiu)把盤子上的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)圖像(xiang)投(tou)射到接(jie)收器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)表面上,該接(jie)收器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)覆蓋著層光(guang)柵,稱(cheng)為準直(zhi)儀,它和光(guang)盤相(xiang)(xiang)同的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)窗(chuang)口。接(jie)收器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工作(zuo)是(shi)(shi)感受(shou)光(guang)盤轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)所產生的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)光(guang)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)化,然后(hou)將光(guang)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)化轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)成相(xiang)(xiang)應的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)化。般(ban)地(di),旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)德(de)(de)國(guo)heidenhain海(hai)德(de)(de)漢(han)編(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)也能(neng)得到個速(su)度(du)信號(hao)(hao),這(zhe)個信號(hao)(hao)要(yao)(yao)反饋給變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),從而(er)調(diao)節(jie)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)輸出(chu)(chu)數(shu)(shu)(shu)據。故障現象:1、旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)德(de)(de)國(guo)heidenhain海(hai)德(de)(de)漢(han)編(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)壞(無輸出(chu)(chu))時,變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)不能(neng)正常工作(zuo),變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)得運行速(su)度(du)很(hen)慢,而(er)且會兒(er)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)保護,顯示“PG斷開"...聯合動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)才能(neng)起(qi)作(zuo)用(yong)。要(yao)(yao)使電(dian)信號(hao)(hao)上升(sheng)到較高電(dian)平,并產生沒有任何(he)干擾(rao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)方波脈沖(chong),這(zhe)就(jiu)必(bi)須用(yong)電(dian)子電(dian)路來。德(de)(de)國(guo)heidenhain海(hai)德(de)(de)漢(han)編(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)pg接(jie)線與參(can)數(shu)(shu)(shu)矢量變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)與德(de)(de)國(guo)heidenhain海(hai)德(de)(de)漢(han)編(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)pg之間的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)連接(jie)方式(shi),必(bi)須與德(de)(de)國(guo)heidenhain海(hai)德(de)(de)漢(han)編(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)pg的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)型(xing)號(hao)(hao)相(xiang)(xiang)對應。般(ban)而(er)言,德(de)(de)國(guo)heidenhain海(hai)德(de)(de)漢(han)編(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)pg型(xing)號(hao)(hao)分差動(dong)(dong)輸出(chu)(chu)、集(ji)電(dian)極開路輸出(chu)(chu)和推挽輸出(chu)(chu)三種,其信號(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)傳(chuan)遞方式(shi)必(bi)須考慮到變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)pg卡的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)接(jie)口,因此選擇合適的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)pg卡型(xing)號(hao)(hao)或者設(she)置合理.
編碼器應用:現在編碼器的廠家生產的系列都很全,一般都是專用的,如電梯專用型編碼器、機床專用編碼器、伺服電機專用型編碼器等,并且編碼器都是智能型的,有各種并行接口可以與其它設備通訊。編碼器技術參數說明:編碼(ma)(ma)(ma)器是把角位移或直(zhi)線位移轉換成電(dian)信號的(de)一種裝置。前者(zhe)成為(wei)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)盤,后(hou)者(zhe)稱碼(ma)(ma)(ma)尺.按(an)照讀出(chu)方式編碼(ma)(ma)(ma)器可(ke)以(yi)分為(wei)接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)式和(he)非接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)式兩(liang)種.接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)式采用電(dian)刷輸出(chu),一電(dian)刷接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)導電(dian)區或絕緣區來表(biao)(biao)示(shi)代碼(ma)(ma)(ma)的(de)狀態是“1〞還(huan)是“0〞;非接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)式的(de)接(jie)(jie)受敏感元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)是光(guang)敏元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)或磁敏元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian),采用光(guang)敏元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)時(shi)以(yi)透光(guang)區和(he)不透光(guang)區來表(biao)(biao)示(shi)代碼(ma)(ma)(ma)的(de)狀態是“1〞還(huan)是“0〞。
