ATOS阿托斯電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)閥工(gong)作原理電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)閥里有(you)密(mi)閉的(de)(de)(de)腔,在(zai)不(bu)同位(wei)置開(kai)有(you)通(tong)(tong)孔(kong),每個孔(kong)連接不(bu)同的(de)(de)(de)油管,腔中間是活(huo)(huo)塞(sai),兩面是兩塊電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)鐵(tie)(tie),哪面的(de)(de)(de)磁(ci)(ci)鐵(tie)(tie)線圈通(tong)(tong)電(dian)(dian)閥體(ti)就會(hui)被吸引到哪邊,通(tong)(tong)過(guo)控制閥體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)移動來(lai)(lai)開(kai)啟或關閉不(bu)同的(de)(de)(de)排(pai)(pai)油孔(kong),而進油孔(kong)是常開(kai)的(de)(de)(de),液壓油就會(hui)進入不(bu)同的(de)(de)(de)排(pai)(pai)油管,然(ran)后(hou)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)油的(de)(de)(de)壓力來(lai)(lai)推動油缸的(de)(de)(de)活(huo)(huo)塞(sai),活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)又(you)帶動活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)桿(gan),活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)桿(gan)帶動機(ji)械裝置。這樣通(tong)(tong)過(guo)控制電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)鐵(tie)(tie)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)流通(tong)(tong)斷就控制了機(ji)械運(yun)動。
電(dian)磁(ci)閥控制器采用先進的智能控制技術,其工(gong)作原理(li)如下:
1.信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)輸入(ru):電磁閥控制(zhi)器(qi)接收外(wai)部的控制(zhi)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao),這些(xie)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)可以是(shi)手動控制(zhi)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)、定時控制(zhi)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)、傳(chuan)感器(qi)控制(zhi)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)等。
2.信號處(chu)理(li)(li):電(dian)磁閥(fa)控制器對輸入信號進行處(chu)理(li)(li)和分析,確定需要控制的閥(fa)門(men)狀態和動作要求。
3.信號(hao)輸出(chu):電(dian)磁閥控(kong)制器根據處理結果,通(tong)過(guo)輸出(chu)接(jie)口將指令信號(hao)發送給電(dian)磁閥,以控(kong)制閥門的開啟和關閉。
4.反饋控(kong)制(zhi):電(dian)磁(ci)閥控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)可通(tong)過傳感器(qi)檢測控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統的狀(zhuang)態和工作情況,并將反饋信號發送給控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)進行(xing)反饋控(kong)制(zhi),以實(shi)現對系(xi)統的智能監控(kong)和控(kong)制(zhi)功(gong)能。
