P+F傳感器(qi)是以(yi)光(guang)(guang)(guang)電器(qi)件作為轉(zhuan)換元件的(de)傳感器(qi)。它可用(yong)于檢測(ce)(ce)直(zhi)接引(yin)起光(guang)(guang)(guang)量(liang)變(bian)(bian)化(hua)的(de)非電量(liang),如(ru)光(guang)(guang)(guang)強、光(guang)(guang)(guang)照度、輻射測(ce)(ce)溫、氣體成分(fen)分(fen)析等(deng);也可用(yong)來檢測(ce)(ce)能(neng)轉(zhuan)換成光(guang)(guang)(guang)量(liang)變(bian)(bian)化(hua)的(de)其他非電量(liang),如(ru)零件直(zhi)徑、表面(mian)粗(cu)糙度、應(ying)變(bian)(bian)、位(wei)移、振動、速度、加速度,以(yi)及物體的(de)形狀、工(gong)作狀態的(de)識別等(deng)。光(guang)(guang)(guang)電式傳感器(qi)具有(you)非接觸、響應(ying)快、性能(neng)可靠(kao)等(deng)特點,因(yin)此在工(gong)業自動化(hua)裝置和機器(qi)人中獲得廣泛應(ying)用(yong)。近(jin)年來,新的(de)光(guang)(guang)(guang)電器(qi)件不斷涌現,特別是CCD圖(tu)像傳感器(qi)的(de)誕(dan)生,為P+F傳感器(qi)的(de)進一步(bu)應(ying)用(yong)開創了新的(de)一頁。
倍加(jia)福光(guang)(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)傳(chuan)感器(qi)一(yi)(yi)般由處理(li)通(tong)(tong)路和(he)處理(li)元(yuan)件(jian)2 部分組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)。其基本(ben)原理(li)是(shi)以光(guang)(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)效應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)為基礎,把被(bei)測量的(de)(de)變(bian)(bian)化轉換(huan)成(cheng)(cheng)光(guang)(guang)(guang)信(xin)號(hao)的(de)(de)變(bian)(bian)化,然(ran)后(hou)借助(zhu)光(guang)(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)元(yuan)件(jian)進一(yi)(yi)步將非電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)信(xin)號(hao)轉換(huan)成(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)信(xin)號(hao)。光(guang)(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)效應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)是(shi)指用(yong)光(guang)(guang)(guang)照射(she)某一(yi)(yi)物(wu)體(ti),可以看作(zuo)(zuo)是(shi)一(yi)(yi)連(lian)串帶有(you)一(yi)(yi)定能(neng)(neng)量為的(de)(de)光(guang)(guang)(guang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)轟擊在這個物(wu)體(ti)上,此時光(guang)(guang)(guang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)能(neng)(neng)量就(jiu)傳(chuan)遞給(gei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)(zi),并且是(shi)一(yi)(yi)個光(guang)(guang)(guang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)全部能(neng)(neng)量一(yi)(yi)次性地被(bei)一(yi)(yi)個電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)(zi)所吸收,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)(zi)得(de)到(dao)光(guang)(guang)(guang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)傳(chuan)遞的(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)量后(hou)其狀態(tai)就(jiu)會發生(sheng)(sheng)變(bian)(bian)化,從而使受光(guang)(guang)(guang)照射(she)的(de)(de)物(wu)體(ti)產生(sheng)(sheng)相應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)效應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)。倍加(jia)福光(guang)(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)傳(chuan)感器(qi)通(tong)(tong)常把光(guang)(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)效應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)分為3 類:(1)在光(guang)(guang)(guang)線作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)下(xia)能(neng)(neng)使電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)(zi)逸出物(wu)體(ti)表(biao)面的(de)(de)現象稱(cheng)為外光(guang)(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)效應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying),如光(guang)(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)管、光(guang)(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)倍增管等;(2)在光(guang)(guang)(guang)線作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)下(xia)能(neng)(neng)使物(wu)體(ti)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)率改變(bian)(bian)的(de)(de)現象稱(cheng)為內(nei)光(guang)(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)效應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying),如光(guang)(guang)(guang)敏(min)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)、光(guang)(guang)(guang)敏(min)晶體(ti)管等;(3)在光(guang)(guang)(guang)線作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)下(xia),物(wu)體(ti)產生(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)定方向電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動勢的(de)(de)現象稱(cheng)為光(guang)(guang)(guang)生(sheng)(sheng)伏應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying),如光(guang)(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池等。
