ATOS齒(chi)輪(lun)泵是依靠泵缸與嚙合(he)齒(chi)輪(lun)間所形(xing)成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作容積變(bian)化和移動(dong)來輸送液(ye)體或使之增壓(ya)的(de)(de)(de)回轉泵。由兩個(ge)齒(chi)輪(lun)、泵體與前(qian)后蓋(gai)組成(cheng)兩個(ge)封(feng)閉空(kong)(kong)間,當齒(chi)輪(lun)轉動(dong)時,齒(chi)輪(lun)脫開側的(de)(de)(de)空(kong)(kong)間的(de)(de)(de)體積從小變(bian)大,形(xing)成(cheng)真空(kong)(kong),將液(ye)體吸(xi)入,齒(chi)輪(lun)嚙合(he)側的(de)(de)(de)空(kong)(kong)間的(de)(de)(de)體積從大變(bian)小,而(er)將液(ye)體擠(ji)入管路中去。吸(xi)入腔與排出腔是靠兩個(ge)齒(chi)輪(lun)的(de)(de)(de)嚙合(he)線(xian)來隔開的(de)(de)(de)。齒(chi)輪(lun)泵的(de)(de)(de)排出口的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)力*取(qu)決于泵出口處阻(zu)力的(de)(de)(de)大小。

齒(chi)輪泵的(de)端(duan)蓋用(yong)鑄鐵(tie)制造,出(chu)現磨(mo)損(sun)現象后,輕微的(de)可(ke)在平板上研磨(mo)修(xiu)平,磨(mo)損(sun)比較嚴重時應(ying)在平面(mian)磨(mo)床(chuang)上磨(mo)削修(xiu)平。
修磨后的(de)端(duan)蓋(gai)與泵體配合連接的(de)平(ping)面(mian)(mian)接觸應(ying)不(bu)(bu)低(di)于85%.平(ping)面(mian)(mian)度(du)(du)(du)(du)允(yun)(yun)差(cha)、端(duan)面(mian)(mian)對(dui)孔(kong)中(zhong)心(xin)線的(de)垂直(zhi)度(du)(du)(du)(du)允(yun)(yun)差(cha)、兩端(duan)面(mian)(mian)的(de)平(ping)行(xing)度(du)(du)(du)(du)允(yun)(yun)差(cha)和兩軸(zhou)孔(kong)中(zhong)心(xin)線的(de)平(ping)行(xing)度(du)(du)(du)(du)允(yun)(yun)差(cha)均為0.01mm。磨削(xue)后的(de)表面(mian)(mian)粗糙度(du)(du)(du)(du)ra應(ying)不(bu)(bu)大(da)于1.5μm。
