PARKER電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)是(shi)用(yong)來控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)流體的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)方向的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)自(zi)動化基礎元件,屬(shu)于(yu)(yu)執(zhi)行器;通(tong)(tong)(tong)常用(yong)于(yu)(yu)機械控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)和(he)工業(ye)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)門上面,對(dui)介質方向進行控(kong)(kong)制(zhi),從而達到對(dui)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)門開關的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)里(li)有密閉的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)腔,在不(bu)同位置(zhi)開有通(tong)(tong)(tong)孔(kong)(kong),每個(ge)孔(kong)(kong)都通(tong)(tong)(tong)向不(bu)同的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)油(you)管,腔中間(jian)是(shi)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa),兩(liang)面是(shi)兩(liang)塊電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)鐵,哪面的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)磁(ci)鐵線圈(quan)通(tong)(tong)(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)體就(jiu)會被吸引到哪邊,通(tong)(tong)(tong)過控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)體的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)移動來檔住或(huo)漏(lou)出不(bu)同的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)排(pai)油(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)孔(kong)(kong),而進油(you)孔(kong)(kong)是(shi)常開的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),液壓油(you)就(jiu)會進入不(bu)同的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)排(pai)油(you)管,然(ran)后通(tong)(tong)(tong)過油(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)壓力(li)來推動油(you)缸的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)活(huo)塞,活(huo)塞又帶動活(huo)塞桿(gan),活(huo)塞桿(gan)帶動機械裝置(zhi)動。這樣(yang)通(tong)(tong)(tong)過控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)鐵的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流就(jiu)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)了機械運(yun)動。唯(wei)有電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)是(shi)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)力(li)作用(yong)于(yu)(yu)密封(feng)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動調節閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)隔(ge)磁(ci)套管內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)鐵芯完成,不(bu)存在動密封(feng),所以外(wai)漏(lou)易堵絕。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)力(li)矩控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)不(bu)易,容(rong)易產生(sheng)內(nei)漏(lou),甚至拉斷閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)桿(gan)頭(tou)部;電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)結構型式容(rong)易控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)內(nei)泄漏(lou),直(zhi)至降為零。所以,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)使用(yong)特別安(an)全,尤其適用(yong)于(yu)(yu)腐蝕性、有毒或(huo)高低溫的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)介質。
派克電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)是利用(yong)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)鐵推動滑閥(fa)(fa)(fa)移動來控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)介質(氣休(xiu)、液體)的(de)(de)(de)方向(xiang)、流量(liang)、速(su)度等參數的(de)(de)(de)工業裝置(zhi)(zhi)。電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)有(you)很(hen)多種,不(bu)同的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)在控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)同位置(zhi)(zhi)發揮不(bu)同的(de)(de)(de)作用(yong)。常用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)有(you)單向(xiang)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)、安仝閥(fa)(fa)(fa)、方向(xiang)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)、速(su)度調節閥(fa)(fa)(fa)等。電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)是用(yong)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)的(de)(de)(de)效應進行控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi),可以通過(guo)繼電(dian)(dian)器控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)路及plc來控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)達到預期的(de)(de)(de)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)目的(de)(de)(de),控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)靈活。我們常見的(de)(de)(de)洗衣(yi)機和洗碗機等就是用(yong)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)來控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)水進入(ru)的(de)(de)(de)。
如何(he)選擇(ze)Parker派克(ke)電磁閥(fa)是關鍵問題。從閥(fa)門結(jie)(jie)構方面,我們總結(jie)(jie)了(le)我們的經驗,并考慮了(le)以下幾(ji)點(dian):
(1)Parker派克電磁閥適用(yong)于(yu)高(gao)密(mi)封(feng)要求(qiu)和切斷(duan)場合,但(dan)一般不平衡力(li)大(da),允許壓差小,不適用(yong)于(yu)大(da)壓差場合
(2)Parker派克電磁閥一般為平衡結構(gou),適用(yong)于(yu)(yu)大壓差(cha)場(chang)合,但兩個蓋子不能(neng)同時(shi)暴露(lu),且單(dan)密(mi)封(feng)多(duo)于(yu)(yu)密(mi)封(feng),不適用(yong)于(yu)(yu)高密(mi)封(feng)場(chang)合。
(3)單密封平(ping)衡(heng)結構,克服了上述(1)、(2)缺點,適用于緊密密封、高壓差,但一般(ban)的平(ping)衡(heng)密封是非(fei)金屬(shu)的,
因此只能在(zai)常溫(wen)下使(shi)用,不適合(he)高溫(wen)場(chang)合(he)。
優點
①采用平衡式結構, 閥前后介質壓差對閥瓣產生的不平衡力非常小, 相同工況下同類型閥門所需要的執行機構推力小, 所以其閥桿直徑比單座非平衡閥設計或選擇更小。
②閥桿與填料之間的摩擦力比較小, 減小了閥門動作的阻力, 且閥桿和填料的磨損也小, 使用壽命增加。另外, 較小直徑的閥桿在中高溫時熱脹冷縮變化量小, 避免了在中高溫時閥桿與填料之間摩擦力增大或互相抱卡塞住的情況發生。
③由于新型套筒閥是平衡式結構, 與非平衡式的直通單座閥比較, 所配置的執行機構可以比較小, 但卻可以克服比直通單座調節閥高的介質壓差。例如, DN200/ DN250/ DN300 的新型套筒調節閥只需配置C60 氣缸式執行機構, 不需要更大的氣缸執行機構。zui大閥座直徑時, 允許工作壓差是相同配置直通單座調節閥的2 倍左右, 也可配置薄膜式執行機構和防爆電動執行機構。
④新型套筒調節閥采用自對中無螺紋卡入式閥座結構和模塊化設計, 閥門拆裝方便, 并能達到Ⅳ級以上泄漏量標準。
⑤在150℃以下時, 金屬硬密封可以達到Ⅳ級以上泄漏量標準, 聚四氟乙烯軟密封可以達到Ⅵ級泄漏量標準。
⑥新型套(tao)筒調節閥(fa)在DN80 以上時(shi), 調節范圍的幾何尺寸(cun)和公差應符合圖樣(yang)要求(qiu)。
