SMC電磁閥選型資料
要(yao)選出(chu)適(shi)用(yong)的(de)SMC電(dian)磁閥,我們(men)就得有它(ta)相關的(de)一些選型資料,但是在選擇SMC電(dian)磁閥之前,我們(men)應(ying)該了解(jie)一下SMC電(dian)磁閥的(de)接線方式、動(dong)作方式、使用(yong)電壓(ya)以(yi)及(ji)是常閉(bi)的還是常通。
SMC電(dian)磁(ci)閥的常(chang)通式和常(chang)閉式
2通(tong)和3通(tong)SMC電磁(ci)閥(fa)(fa)有常(chang)(chang)通(tong)式(shi)(shi)和常(chang)(chang)閉式(shi)(shi)之分。無控制信號時,P、A相同(tong)為(wei)常(chang)(chang)通(tong)式(shi)(shi)(一般(ban)用.表示);P、A斷(duan)開則為(wei)常(chang)(chang)斷(duan)式(shi)(shi)(一般(ban)用.表示)。若(ruo)通(tong)道(dao)內的(de)流動(dong)方向(xiang)不限定,則稱為(wei)通(tong)斷(duan)式(shi)(shi)閥(fa)(fa)。常(chang)(chang)通(tong)式(shi)(shi)和常(chang)(chang)斷(duan)式(shi)(shi)SMC電磁(ci)閥(fa)(fa),不得逆向(xiang)流動(dong),因逆向(xiang)壓力會造成(cheng)單(dan)向(xiang)型密(mi)封圈不密(mi)封或密(mi)封失效。
SMC電磁閥的使(shi)用(yong)電壓
SMC電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)閥(fa)可(ke)(ke)使(shi)用(yong)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓也比(bi)較(jiao)廣泛(fan),常見的有直流(liu)(liu)12V、24V;交流(liu)(liu)110V、220V,還有100V、200V等(deng),此外SMC還可(ke)(ke)定制電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)閥(fa)的使(shi)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓。交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)閥(fa)有蜂(feng)鳴聲,行(xing)程(cheng)大,吸力大。直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)閥(fa)不(bu)存在蜂(feng)鳴聲,行(xing)程(cheng)大時(shi)(shi),吸力很(hen)小(xiao),即(ji)啟(qi)動(dong)力小(xiao)。交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)閥(fa)氣動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)大,有時(shi)(shi)是(shi)保持電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)的10倍以上,若動(dong)鐵(tie)心被卡(ka)住,啟(qi)動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)持續(xu)流(liu)(liu)過,線(xian)(xian)圈發熱厲害,甚至被燒毀。交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)閥(fa)不(bu)宜(yi)頻繁通斷。壽命(ming)不(bu)及直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)閥(fa)長(chang)。直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)閥(fa)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)取決于線(xian)(xian)圈電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,與行(xing)程(cheng)大小(xiao)無關。故動(dong)鐵(tie)心卡(ka)住時(shi)(shi)不(bu)會(hui)燒毀線(xian)(xian)圈。直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)鐵(tie)可(ke)(ke)頻繁通斷,工作安全可(ke)(ke)靠(kao)。但錯節高電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,流(liu)(liu)過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)過大時(shi)(shi),仍會(hui)燒毀線(xian)(xian)圈。
SMC電磁閥的動作方式
SMC電磁(ci)(ci)閥(fa)(fa)按(an)照(zhao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)作方式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)可以分(fen)為(wei)直(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)和先(xian)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)。什(shen)么是直(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)電磁(ci)(ci)閥(fa)(fa)呢?SMC直(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)電磁(ci)(ci)閥(fa)(fa)直(zhi)接依靠(kao)電磁(ci)(ci)力使閥(fa)(fa)芯(xin)換向。SMC直(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)電磁(ci)(ci)閥(fa)(fa)通(tong)徑較小,常用于小流(liu)量控制或作為(wei)先(xian)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)電磁(ci)(ci)閥(fa)(fa)的(de)電磁(ci)(ci)先(xian)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)閥(fa)(fa)。SMC先(xian)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)電磁(ci)(ci)閥(fa)(fa)由先(xian)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)閥(fa)(fa)和主閥(fa)(fa)組成。依靠(kao)先(xian)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)閥(fa)(fa)輸出的(de)氣(qi)壓力,通(tong)過控制活塞等推(tui)動(dong)(dong)(dong)主閥(fa)(fa)芯(xin)換向。通(tong)徑大的(de)SMC電磁(ci)(ci)閥(fa)(fa)大多為(wei)先(xian)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)電磁(ci)(ci)閥(fa)(fa)。SMC先(xian)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)電磁(ci)(ci)閥(fa)(fa)又分(fen)為(wei)內部(bu)先(xian)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)電磁(ci)(ci)閥(fa)(fa)和外部(bu)先(xian)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)電磁(ci)(ci)閥(fa)(fa)。
SMC電磁閥的接(jie)線方(fang)式
SMC電磁(ci)閥接線(xian)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)多種多樣(yang),有(you)直接出線(xian)方(fang)式(shi)(shi),例如G、M、L;有(you)接線(xian)座(zuo)出線(xian)式(shi)(shi);有(you)導管接線(xian)座(zuo)式(shi)(shi);有(you)DIN形插(cha)座(zuo)式(shi)(shi);有(you)L形和(he)M形插(cha)座(zuo)式(shi)(shi)等(deng)(deng)。還有(you)幾(ji)種配線(xian)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)等(deng)(deng)等(deng)(deng)。
SMC電(dian)磁(ci)閥在電(dian)磁(ci)線圈通電(dian)時,靜鐵(tie)心對動(dong)鐵(tie)心產生電(dian)磁(ci)吸力(li),利(li)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)磁(ci)力(li)使閥芯切換,以(yi)改(gai)變氣體(ti)流(liu)動(dong)方向(xiang),從而實(shi)現通斷(duan)、換向(xiang)等。SMC電(dian)磁(ci)閥易(yi)于實(shi)現電(dian)-氣聯合控(kong)制和(he)復雜控(kong)制,能實(shi)現遠距離(li)操作,故目(mu)前應(ying)用(yong)(yong)SMC電(dian)磁(ci)閥得到(dao)越來越廣泛的應(ying)用(yong)(yong)。
