ASCO電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)(de)故(gu)障(zhang)將直接(jie)(jie)(jie)影響到切(qie)換(huan)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)和調節閥(fa)(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)(de)動作(zuo)(zuo),常(chang)見(jian)的(de)(de)(de)故(gu)障(zhang)有電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)不(bu)(bu)動作(zuo)(zuo),應(ying)從以下幾方(fang)面排查:1、電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)接(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)頭(tou)(tou)松動或(huo)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)頭(tou)(tou)脫落,電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)不(bu)(bu)得(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian),可(ke)緊固線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)頭(tou)(tou)。2、電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)燒壞(huai),可(ke)拆(chai)下電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)(de)接(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),用萬用表測量,如果(guo)開路,則電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)燒壞(huai)。原(yuan)因(yin)有線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)受(shou)潮,引(yin)起絕緣(yuan)不(bu)(bu)好而(er)漏(lou)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci),造成(cheng)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)內電(dian)(dian)(dian)流過大(da)而(er)燒毀,因(yin)此要(yao)(yao)防止(zhi)雨(yu)水進入電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)。此外(wai),彈簧(huang)過硬,反作(zuo)(zuo)用力過大(da),線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)匝數太少,吸力不(bu)(bu)夠(gou)也可(ke)使(shi)得(de)(de)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)燒毀。緊急(ji)處(chu)(chu)理(li)時(shi)(shi),可(ke)將線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)上的(de)(de)(de)手動按(an)鈕由正常(chang)工作(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)“0”位打(da)到“1”位,使(shi)得(de)(de)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)打(da)開。3、電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)卡(ka)住:電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)(de)滑(hua)(hua)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)套(tao)與閥(fa)(fa)(fa)芯的(de)(de)(de)配(pei)(pei)合間隙(xi)很小(xiao)(小(xiao)于0.008mm),一般(ban)都是單(dan)件裝(zhuang)配(pei)(pei),當有機械雜質帶入或(huo)潤(run)滑(hua)(hua)油太少時(shi)(shi),很容易(yi)卡(ka)住。處(chu)(chu)理(li)方(fang)法(fa)可(ke)用鋼(gang)絲從頭(tou)(tou)部(bu)(bu)小(xiao)孔捅入,使(shi)其(qi)彈回。根本的(de)(de)(de)解決(jue)方(fang)法(fa)是要(yao)(yao)將電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)拆(chai)下,取出(chu)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)芯及閥(fa)(fa)(fa)芯套(tao),用CCI4清洗,使(shi)得(de)(de)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)芯在(zai)(zai)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)套(tao)內動作(zuo)(zuo)靈活(huo)。拆(chai)卸時(shi)(shi)應(ying)注意各部(bu)(bu)件的(de)(de)(de)裝(zhuang)配(pei)(pei)順序(xu)及外(wai)部(bu)(bu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)位置,以便重新裝(zhuang)配(pei)(pei)及接(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)正確,還要(yao)(yao)檢查油霧器噴油孔是否堵塞,潤(run)滑(hua)(hua)油是否足夠(gou)。4、漏(lou)氣:漏(lou)氣會(hui)造成(cheng)空氣壓力不(bu)(bu)足,使(shi)得(de)(de)強制閥(fa)(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)(de)啟閉困(kun)難,原(yuan)因(yin)是密封墊(dian)片(pian)損(sun)壞(huai)或(huo)滑(hua)(hua)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)磨損(sun)而(er)造成(cheng)幾個空腔竄(cuan)氣。在(zai)(zai)處(chu)(chu)理(li)切(qie)換(huan)系統的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)故(gu)障(zhang)時(shi)(shi),應(ying)選擇適(shi)當的(de)(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)機,等(deng)該電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)處(chu)(chu)于失(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)(shi)進行(xing)處(chu)(chu)理(li),若(ruo)在(zai)(zai)一個切(qie)換(huan)間隙(xi)內處(chu)(chu)理(li)不(bu)(bu)完,可(ke)將切(qie)換(huan)系統暫停,從容處(chu)(chu)理(li)。
油品的粘度差異很大,須選用不同結構的電磁閥。高粘度的油還常在高溫的狀態下流通,所以電磁閥還隨之要解決耐高溫的問題。對于燃油還需滿足防爆要求。5、空調用電磁閥空調分制熱和制冷。制冷劑發生明顯變化,氨和氟里昂逐步減少,而溴化鋰等新型制冷劑在逐步增多,相關的密封、腐蝕、壽命等問題都要求認真地選材,合理的設計和先進的工藝。值得一提的是空調主要靠調節風量來控制溫濕度,閥門流量的連續調節并不*必要。無閥的空調系統也在用,但出現凝露滴水等毛病而受譴責。因此結構簡單,價格低廉的電磁閥是zui住選擇。因受國外傳統的影響,結構復雜、力矩較難控制的電動閥國內仍在大量選用電磁閥是由電磁線圈和磁芯組成,是包含一個或幾個孔的閥體。當線圈通電或斷電時,磁芯的運轉將導致流體通過閥體或被切斷,以達到改變流體方向的目的。電磁閥的電磁部件由固定鐵芯、動鐵芯、線圈等部件組成;閥體部分由滑閥芯、滑閥套、彈簧底座等組成。電磁線圈被直接安裝在閥體上,閥體被封閉在密封管中,構成一個簡潔、緊湊的組合。我們在生產中常用的電磁閥有二位三通、二位四通、二位五通等。這里先說說二位的含義:對于電磁閥來說就是帶電和失電,對于所控制的閥門來說就是開和關。
