SMC鎖緊型氣缸CN系列,SMC橢圓活塞氣缸
日本SMC標準型鎖緊(jin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)缸(gang)(gang)對(dui)于接(jie)近行程(cheng)末端(duan)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)速度較高的(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)缸(gang)(gang),不(bu)采取必要措施,活(huo)塞(sai)(sai)(sai)就會以(yi)很大的(de)(de)力(能(neng)量)撞(zhuang)擊端(duan)蓋,引起振動(dong)(dong)和損壞機件。為了使活(huo)塞(sai)(sai)(sai)在行程(cheng)末端(duan)運動(dong)(dong)平穩,不(bu)產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)沖擊現象(xiang)。在氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)缸(gang)(gang)兩端(duan)加設緩沖裝置,一般稱為緩沖氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)缸(gang)(gang)。其工作原理是:當(dang)活(huo)塞(sai)(sai)(sai)在壓(ya)縮(suo)空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)推動(dong)(dong)下向(xiang)右(you)(you)運動(dong)(dong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),缸(gang)(gang)右(you)(you)腔的(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體經(jing)柱塞(sai)(sai)(sai)孔(kong)4及(ji)(ji)缸(gang)(gang)蓋上的(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)孔(kong)8排(pai)(pai)出。在活(huo)塞(sai)(sai)(sai)運動(dong)(dong)接(jie)近行程(cheng)末端(duan)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),活(huo)塞(sai)(sai)(sai)右(you)(you)側的(de)(de)緩沖柱塞(sai)(sai)(sai)3將柱塞(sai)(sai)(sai)孔(kong)4堵(du)死、活(huo)塞(sai)(sai)(sai)繼續向(xiang)右(you)(you)運動(dong)(dong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),封在氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)缸(gang)(gang)右(you)(you)腔內的(de)(de)剩余氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體被(bei)壓(ya)縮(suo),緩慢地(di)通過節(jie)流閥6及(ji)(ji)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)孔(kong)8排(pai)(pai)出,被(bei)壓(ya)縮(suo)的(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體所產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)壓(ya)力能(neng)如果與活(huo)塞(sai)(sai)(sai)運動(dong)(dong)所具有的(de)(de)全部能(neng)量相平衡(heng),即會取得緩沖效果,使活(huo)塞(sai)(sai)(sai)在行程(cheng)末端(duan)運動(dong)(dong)平穩,不(bu)產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)沖擊。
日本SMC標(biao)準型鎖緊氣(qi)(qi)(qi)缸(gang)基(ji)礎上(shang)發展起來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)一種新型氣(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)執行(xing)(xing)元(yuan)件。 氣(qi)(qi)(qi)壓傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)與控(kong)制作為(wei)低成本的(de)(de)(de)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)化手段,得(de)到(dao)日益廣(guang)(guang)泛的(de)(de)(de)應(ying)用(yong)。隨著應(ying)用(yong)領域的(de)(de)(de)擴展,新型氣(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)元(yuan)件層出不窮(qiong)。氣(qi)(qi)(qi)缸(gang)是(shi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)壓傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)與控(kong)制系統(tong)中使用(yong)zui廣(guang)(guang)泛的(de)(de)(de)一種將(jiang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)壓能轉變為(wei)機械能的(de)(de)(de)執行(xing)(xing)元(yuan)件。活塞上(shang)帶有(you)活塞桿的(de)(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)缸(gang)(簡稱有(you)桿氣(qi)(qi)(qi)缸(gang))早已為(wei)人們(men)所熟知并得(de)到(dao)廣(guang)(guang)泛應(ying)用(yong)[1][2]。然而(er),對(dui)于無活塞桿氣(qi)(qi)(qi)缸(gang)(簡稱無桿氣(qi)(qi)(qi)缸(gang))這(zhe)種近年(nian)發展起來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)新型氣(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)執行(xing)(xing)元(yuan)件則(ze)了解不多。與有(you)桿氣(qi)(qi)(qi)缸(gang)相比,無桿氣(qi)(qi)(qi)缸(gang)具有(you)節省節省安裝空(kong)間等*優點,故在各類機械裝備自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)化中的(de)(de)(de)應(ying)用(yong)日趨廣(guang)(guang)泛,已涉足有(you)桿氣(qi)(qi)(qi)缸(gang)的(de)(de)(de)大部分應(ying)用(yong)領域及(ji)其怯于問津的(de)(de)(de)領域。
氣(qi)(qi)(qi)缸(gang)是(shi)指氣(qi)(qi)(qi)壓傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)中將壓縮(suo)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體的(de)(de)壓力(li)能(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)為機(ji)械能(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)執(zhi)行(xing)元件(jian)(jian)。渦輪機(ji)、旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)活塞式(shi)發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)等(deng)的(de)(de)殼體通常(chang)也稱(cheng)"氣(qi)(qi)(qi)缸(gang)"。SMC氣(qi)(qi)(qi)缸(gang)是(shi)SMC氣(qi)(qi)(qi)缸(gang)引導活塞在(zai)其(qi)中進行(xing)直(zhi)線往復運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)圓筒形(xing)金屬機(ji)件(jian)(jian)。工質(zhi)在(zai)發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)缸(gang)中通過膨脹將熱能(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)化(hua)為機(ji)械能(neng)(neng);氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體在(zai)壓縮(suo)機(ji)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)缸(gang)中接受活塞壓縮(suo)而提高壓力(li)。氣(qi)(qi)(qi)缸(gang)的(de)(de)應(ying)用領域:印刷(張力(li)控制)、半導體(點焊(han)機(ji)、芯片研(yan)磨(mo))、自動(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)控制、機(ji)器人等(deng)等(deng)。SMC氣(qi)(qi)(qi)缸(gang)有CJ1微型、CJP針型、CJ2標準型等(deng)600多種型號。
