SMC減壓閥的使用方法:
(1)按使(shi)用要(yao)求(qiu)的(de)不同(tong),SMC減壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥有許多規格。進(jin)口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)大多為,低進(jin)口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)不小于出口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)的(de)2.5倍。出口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)規格較多,一(yi)般(ban)為,出口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)為。
(2)安裝(zhuang)減壓閥時(shi)應確定(ding)其連接規格是否與鋼(gang)瓶和(he)使(shi)用(yong)系統的接頭相一(yi)致(zhi)。減壓閥與鋼(gang)瓶采用(yong)半球面(mian)連接,靠旋(xuan)緊螺母使(shi)二者*吻合。因此,在(zai)使(shi)用(yong)時(shi)應保持兩個(ge)半球面(mian)的光(guang)潔,以(yi)確保良好的氣密效(xiao)果。安裝(zhuang)前可用(yong)高壓氣體吹除灰塵。必(bi)要時(shi)也可用(yong)聚四氟乙(yi)烯等材(cai)料作墊圈。
(3)SMC減(jian)壓閥(fa)應嚴禁接觸油脂,以免發生(sheng)火警事故。
(4)停止工作時,應將減壓閥中(zhong)余(yu)氣放凈,然后擰松調節螺(luo)桿(gan)以(yi)免彈性(xing)元(yuan)件長久受(shou)壓變形。
(5)SMC減壓閥應避免撞擊振(zhen)動,不可與腐蝕性物質相接觸(chu)。
