ATOS伺服比例閥屬于兩級閥,*級為噴嘴檔板式,由控制信號控制其出口壓力,第二級為滑閥式,執行控制級至剎車缸的壓力。當無信號作用時, 由於壓力噴嘴出口油壓力的作用,使伺服閥擋板靠在回油噴嘴上,此時壓力口的油壓作用在滑閥閥芯上,使剎車口同計量油口直接連通,剎車口壓力同飛行員控制的計量油壓相等,當機輪角速度檢測到滑行速度同基準滑行速度有偏差時,力矩馬達接收到偏差電信號,此時力矩馬達驅動檔板向壓力噴嘴偏轉,使作用在閥芯上端油壓下降,在閥芯下端油壓作用下,閥芯上移,關小計量壓力油口,這將導致控制口壓力降低,控制口壓力降低到某一值時,就有對應的制動壓力。
