油缸(gang)(gang)(gang)是工(gong)程(cheng)機械最(zui)主要部件,傳(chuan)統的(de)(de)加工(gong)方法(fa)是:拉(la)削缸(gang)(gang)(gang)體(ti)(ti)——精(jing)鏜缸(gang)(gang)(gang)體(ti)(ti)——磨削缸(gang)(gang)(gang)體(ti)(ti)。采(cai)用(yong)滾(gun)壓(ya)方法(fa)是:拉(la)削缸(gang)(gang)(gang)體(ti)(ti)——精(jing)鏜缸(gang)(gang)(gang)體(ti)(ti)——滾(gun)壓(ya)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)體(ti)(ti),工(gong)序是3部分,但時間上(shang)對比:磨削缸(gang)(gang)(gang)體(ti)(ti)1米大(da)概(gai)在1-2天(tian)的(de)(de)時間,滾(gun)壓(ya)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)體(ti)(ti)1米大(da)概(gai)在10-30分鐘(zhong)的(de)(de)時間。投入(ru)對比:磨床或(huo)絎磨機(幾(ji)萬(wan)——幾(ji)百萬(wan)),滾(gun)壓(ya)刀(1仟(qian)——幾(ji)萬(wan))。滾(gun)壓(ya)后,孔(kong)(kong)表(biao)(biao)(biao)面粗(cu)糙度(du)由(you)幢(chuang)滾(gun)前Ra3.2~6.3µm減(jian)小為Ra0.4~0.8µm,孔(kong)(kong)的(de)(de)表(biao)(biao)(biao)面硬度(du)提高(gao)約30%,缸(gang)(gang)(gang)筒(tong)內表(biao)(biao)(biao)面疲勞強(qiang)度(du)提高(gao)25%。油缸(gang)(gang)(gang)使(shi)用(yong)壽命若只考慮(lv)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)筒(tong)影響,提高(gao)2~3倍(bei),鏜削滾(gun)壓(ya)工(gong)藝(yi)較(jiao)磨削工(gong)藝(yi)效率提高(gao)3倍(bei)左右(you)。以上(shang)數(shu)據(ju)說明,滾(gun)壓(ya)工(gong)藝(yi)是高(gao)效的(de)(de),能大(da)大(da)提高(gao)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)筒(tong)的(de)(de)表(biao)(biao)(biao)面質量。
技術參數
1.油缸直徑(jing)(jing):油缸缸徑(jing)(jing),內徑(jing)(jing)尺寸。
2.進(jin)出口直徑及(ji)螺(luo)紋(wen)參數。
3.活塞桿直徑。
4.油缸壓(ya)力:油缸工作壓(ya)力,計算的時候經(jing)常(chang)是用試驗壓(ya)力,低(di)于(yu)(yu)16MPa乘以(yi)1.5,高于(yu)(yu)16乘以(yi)1.25。
5.油缸行程。
6.是否(fou)有(you)緩沖:根據工況(kuang)情(qing)況(kuang)定,活塞桿伸出收縮如(ru)果沖擊大一(yi)般都要(yao)緩沖的。
